Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to run the service:

• Account data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, password (stored encrypted), preferred language.
• Order data: reserved baskets, order numbers, pickup codes, order history, notes left for merchants, published reviews.
• Geolocation data: only with your explicit consent, in order to show baskets available near you. You can refuse or withdraw this consent at any time in your browser or device settings.
• Partner data: business name, address, city, activity category, contact details of the manager.
• Technical data: cookies and usage data (pages visited, device type), in particular via the Google Analytics audience measurement tool.

2. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your account, verifying your email address and securing your login.
• Managing your reservations: passing the merchant the information needed for pickup (first name, order, pickup code) and sending you confirmations and notifications about your orders.
• Showing baskets available nearby when you enable geolocation.
• Improving the service: anonymised usage statistics, audience measurement, fraud and abuse prevention.
• Answering your requests sent to support.

3. Data sharing

Your data is never sold. It is only shared with: (a) the partner merchant concerned by your order, who receives only the information needed for pickup (first name, order number, quantity, optional note); (b) the technical providers strictly necessary to run the service (hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics audience measurement); (c) the competent authorities where required by law.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies necessary for the site to work (login session, language preference) as well as Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, visit duration, device type). These statistics are aggregated and are not used to identify you personally. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings or use the opt-out tools provided by Google.

5. Retention periods

• Account data: for as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymised after account deletion.
• Order history: kept while the account is active, then archived for as long as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
• Geolocation data: used in real time, not stored durably.
• Analytics data: kept for the standard retention periods of Google Analytics.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: password encryption, secure connections (HTTPS), access control, logging of sensitive actions. As no system is infallible, we recommend using a strong, unique password.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Law No. 09-08, you have a right of access, rectification and objection, as well as a right to deletion of your personal data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@manger.ma from the email address linked to your account. We reply as quickly as possible and at the latest within the timeframes provided by the applicable regulations.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).

8. Minors

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over, or with the authorisation of a legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data about minors without this authorisation.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or functional developments. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed by email or by a notification on the platform. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
